raise your hand if you’re forever thankful for the inventor of the crock-pot!? i knew a slow cooker was a must-have on our wedding registry, but i didn’t realize just HOW much i needed it until lately. it’s seriously been such a life saver.
our crock-pot had been sitting in our cabinet since we moved in in june and i felt guilty for not using it yet… but let’s just say I was waiting for the perfect recipe to kick-off with 😉 i definitely chose right because this healthy honey garlic chicken is on another level.

- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce

- mix honey, soy sauce, water, vinegar and garlic in a bowl

- bake on high for 4 hours
