Healthy Tahini Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie | Clean Eating Recipe
    1. In a large bowl, whisk together wheat and white flours, oats, collagen, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    2. In a small bowl, mix together coconut sugar, maple syrup, egg, vanilla, coconut oil, and tahini.
    3. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until combined. Fold in your chocolate chips.
    4. Place dough in refrigerator for minimum 30 mins.
    5. Preheat oven to 350F and prepare baking sheet.
    6. Scoop onto prepared cookie sheet (I used an ice cream scoop to make them nice and thick!)
    7. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes before moving to wire rack to finish cooling.
