    1. Optional First Step: Browning your garlic + onions.Add olive oil to a skillet until the oil is nice and hot. Add garlic and onions to your skillet until browned. This is a simple trick I like to do that enhances the flavor of all of my meals.
    2. Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker.
    3. Cook on high for 4 hours or cook on low for 6 hours, or until chicken shreds easily with a fork
    4. Shred chicken, add salt and pepper to taste, garlic powder, or additional hot sauce if desired
    5. Serve immediately or save to have throughout the week!
