Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats are perfect for the girl (or guy) on the go! Made the night before with just five simple ingredients and packed with protein, enjoy this quick and easy breakfast recipe after your morning workout.
Ever since my Mocha Protein Overnight Oats, I’ve been very much #TeamOvernightOats. I didn’t think I’d ever stray away from my peanut butter chia oats, but these strawberry cheesecake overnight oats have won my heart!
I prefer working out in the morning (after my warm glass of water and coffee), and sometimes I don’t want to come home to a hot breakfast when I’m already hot and sweaty.
Insert protein overnight oats!
I never thought I’d develop an oatmeal recipe that didn’t involve peanut butter (See: Loaded Oatmeal Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies, Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Cups, and my go-to everyday oats) but here we are!
I’ve been eating these strawberry cheesecake overnight oats for breakfast, a snack and dessert! They legit taste like cheesecake and I think it’s from the creamy greek yogurt and premade vanilla protein shake combination.
So much yummy flavor all married in one!
I prepped my cheesecake oats the day before and let them sit for 24 hours before diving in. I recommend letting them sit at least 2 hours before digging in. You want the oats to have time to absorb all the liquid and the flavors to all soak together.
I used a vanilla-flavored protein shake, but feel free to make it your own with your favorite protein shake.
You could also combine almond milk and protein powder to make your own. You will want it to be a little sweet though đ
For these protein strawberry cheesecake overnight oats you will need:
- Rolled Oats
- Chia Seeds
- Strawberry Greek Yogurt
- Protein Shake of your choice
- Fresh Strawberries
That’s it! They seriously could not be any easier or any more delicious!
Not a fan of strawberry? Not a problem! Swap out the strawberry greek yogurt for a flavor of your choice and swap out the fresh strawberries with your favorite fruit.
I topped my bowl off with some more fresh strawberries, cacao nibs and crushed graham crackers to really make it taste like cheesecake!
I hope you all enjoy this quick and easy breakfast recipe as much as we are!

I am obsessed with overnight oats right now, especially strawberry versions!! I love that you used Greek yoghurt, I’ve never tried my oats with it before, but I bet it adds a creamy richness!
