Growing up I went to a Drive-Thru just about every day in the summer. I would always order the diet cherry limeade (yikes) or slushies during their happy hour (from 2-4) after the pool or for a pool break.
Their slushies seriously couldn’t be beaten, but now I know it’s because they were loaded with sugary syrups. The fact I would order/drink two during in less than an hour makes me nauseous to think about now haha.

Enter: This Boozy Strawberry Lemonade Slushie
It’s sweetened with natural sugar from the fruit and lemon juice. I also added a little monk fruit to even out the added vodka 😉

- Santa Cruz Organic 100% Lemon Juice
- Frozen Strawberries (No sugar added)
- Vodka/Liquor of choice
- Ice Water
- Monk Fruit Sweetener
- & a blender for mixing!

How to Make This Boozy Strawberry Lemonade Slushie:
- Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until fairly smooth (no large chunks should remain).
- Divide between two glasses. Optional: garnish with lemon and chopped strawberries.
- Enjoy! Preferably poolside 😉
If you’re not a fan of vodka, you could also try adding rum or keep it alcohol-free for a mocktail!
