5 Ingredient Crockpot Chicken Fajitas
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Crushed Tomatoes, Canned
Prepare your onions and bell peppers by chopping them into your desired size/shape.
Add all of your ingredients to a 6-quart slow cooker, stirring to combine.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6, or until the chicken and vegetables are very tender.
Uncover and remove the chicken. Place the chicken on a cutting board, and shred with two forks (or cut into pieces).
Add the chicken back into your crockpot and stir well. You want to make sure the chicken soaks up all the delicious spices and juices.
Serve immediately or add to sealed containers and freeze for later!
