Protein Peanut Butter Blossoms – Flourless, Gluten-Free, Easy
Number dependent on how many cookies your dough makes based on cookie size
Preheat your oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with wax paper. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl or food processor (with the dough hook), mix together all of your ingredients, except Hershey’s kisses, until smooth.
Scoop dough into 1.5 tbsp sized balls and place on your tray ~2 inches apart. They won’t flatten much.
Bake for 10-14 minutes, depending on the size, or until edges are lightly golden. These cookies will firm up as they cool.
Once the cookies have come out of the oven, immediately place on Hershey kiss into each cookie. Don’t press down too hard or the Hershey kiss will melt more than you want it to.
Allow cookies to cool slightly and enjoy warm or the next day! We love to keep them in the fridge and eat them cold. 🙂
