    Instructions
    1. Lay out 4 gg crackers and top with 1 packet Good Foods guacamole evenly divided amongst them.
    2. Sautee your shrimp on your skillet in a little EVOO or avocado oil + crumble up your goat cheese for sprinkling.
    3. Tope your gg/guac crackers with 3 shrimp each, crumbled goat cheese, crushed red pepper + salt to taste!
