    1. preheat oven to 350F.
    2. In a small bowl, combine whole wheat + all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda + salt.
    3. In a large bowl, add apple sauce, banana, honey, maple syrup, oil, and vanilla. Stir to combine, then whisk in two eggs.
    4. Fold dry ingredients into wet, stirring until completely combined. Pour half of batter into greased bread loaf pan.
    5. In a small bowl, mix apple, coconut sugar, oil, cinnamon + apple. Sprinkle half of the mixture on first half batter + pour remaining half of batter on top.
    6. Sprinkle remaining apple cinnamon sugar mixture on top + bake for 40ish minutes.
