  1. Microwave Luvo meal in the microwave as instructed or bake in the oven as instructed.
  2. While meal is heating up, place shrimp on your stove and cook until pink.
  3. Heat up your peas and combine peas, shrimp + frozen meal on the stove.
  4. Place in a bowl to serve and top with crushed red pepper flakes if you like!
