    Instructions
    1. Preheat your oven to 350F and line an 8×8 baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Add wet ingredients to a bowl and stir until well combined.
    3. Add oat flour, salt, and baking powder to wet ingredients and stir until combined. Do not overmix. Fold in chocolate chips.
    4. Pour batter into lined baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.
    5. Optional: Melt peanut butter chips and coconut oil in the microwave or on the stove. Drizzle on top of blondies once they are out of the oven.
