    1. Place the Avocado, Coconut Oil, Almond Flour, Coconut Flour, Honey, Matcha, and Vanilla Extract into a food processor or a mixing bowl
    2. Pulse or mix together until well-blended and the chunks of avocado are thoroughly mixed in.
    3. Using your hands, roll into desired sized balls.
    4. Optional: Sprinkle with more matcha or roll in coconut sugar.
    5. Store in the refrigerator or enjoy immediately!
