  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, mash the bananas using a fork or potato masher.
  3. Add the egg, applesauce, vanilla, and stevia (optional) and stir to combine. Set aside.
  4. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, cinnamon, baking soda, and sea salt. Mix well.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir to combine. Do not over mix. Fold in the chocolate chips or whatever mix-ins you prefer.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean and top is golden brown
