Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Cups
Creamy Salted Peanut Butter
pure maple syrup
*If nut butter is NOT salted
Add all of your ingredients into a large bowl and combine until dough forms. Once formed, place dough in the fridge.
Melt 1/2 cup chocolate and 1 tbsp coconut oil in a bowl. Line muffin tin with muffin liners while the chocolate is melting.
Pour enough chocolate to cover the bottom of your muffin liners and place in the fridge until hard.
Once your chocolate has hardened, take the dough out of the fridge and roll into balls. Place a ball on top of each chocolate layer and press down so the top is flat.
Do not allow the dough to touch the muffin liners on the side. You want to leave space for the chocolate to drip down, completely cover the dough and connect to the bottom layer of chocolate.
Place in the fridge until chocolate is hardened + enjoy!
