    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together the flax eggs, banana, coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk + vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
    2. Add in flours, cinnamon + baking powder + mix well. In a smaller bowl, mix together cinnamon swirl ingredients.
    3. Add about half the batter to your muffin tins then half the cinnamon roll batter and swirl with a knife or toothpick.
    4. Add the rest of the banana bread batter followed up cinnamon roll batter and swirl again.
    5. Bake in oven for 22-25 minutes.
