  1. Add all of your ingredients into a bowl and mash with a potato masher or the back of a fork. Optional: add to a food processor and pulse until desired texture is reached.
  2. Serve on a sandwich or as a dip with crackers!
  3. Store in an airtight container in your fridge for up to four days.
