Healthy Tahini Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie | Clean Eating Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour *favorite brand linked in above copy
  • 1/2 Cup White All-Purpose Flour
  • 2/3 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Scoop Collagen *favorite brand linked in above copy
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 Egg room temperature
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil Softened, but not melted
  • 1/4 Cup Tahini *favorite brand linked in above copy
  • 2/3 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together wheat and white flours, oats, collagen, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  • In a small bowl, mix together coconut sugar, maple syrup, egg, vanilla, coconut oil, and tahini.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until combined. Fold in your chocolate chips.
  • Place dough in refrigerator for minimum 30 mins.
  • Preheat oven to 350F and prepare baking sheet.
  • Scoop onto prepared cookie sheet (I used an ice cream scoop to make them nice and thick!)
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes before moving to wire rack to finish cooling.
