Overnight Oats with Frozen Fruit

Overnight oats with frozen fruit is so easy to make, perfect for busy mornings, a great meal prepping idea, and the whole family will love it!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk** or milk of choice; see note below
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup frozen fruit
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar or tupperware, mix all of the ingredients together except the peanut butter.
  • Cover with a lid and leave in the fridge for at least two hours.
  • Remove from the fridge when ready to serve and drizzle with peanut butter or top with more fruit, nuts, maple syrup, or anything you love! Add more milk if you like it thinner.

Notes

** Start with 1/2 cup and add more as desired after they have been in the fridge for 2 hours minimum.
