As many of you may know, I am a breastfeeding mom and boy. I have been reaching for all of the snacks! I mean some days it’s impossible to stay full, and baby boy feels the same way!
With that being said, if you are feeling the same way we should at least be reaching for snacks that are healthy, nutritious, and filling.
