Overnight Oats for Babies (with Cauliflower!)
Cauliflower rice overnight oats are the perfect baby led weaning recipe for your little one! You can even add them to a blender and serve in pouches for an easy on-the-go snack or breakfast that’s filled with protein, fiber, vitamins, and healthy fats.

Ingredients for cauliflower overnight oats for babies:
Oats – You can use quick oats, baby oatmeal, or oat flour in this recipe. It’s all based on what your baby prefers and can tolerate.
Cauliflower rice – I find cauliflower rice to be the mildest and easy to hide veggie. If your baby prefers a different vegetable, you can definitely swap it out. I think shredded carrot would be really good in these overnight oats as well!
Greek Yogurt – I use full fat greek yogurt.

Milk – I’m using breastmilk but any milk will do!
Cinnamon – If your baby doesn’t like cinnamon you can omit this but it works really well with the applesauce!
Nut Butter – We are using crazy richards peanut butter since it has no added sugar, no added oils, and no salt. You can use any nut or seed butter.
Applesauce – You can swap out the applesauce for any pureed fruit!
How to make overnight oats for babies:
You will add cauliflower rice, oats or baby oatmeal, full fat plain greek yogurt, milk of choice – I use breastmilk, cinnamon, and applesauce or their favorite fruit to a container. Place the lid on and give it a shake!
If your baby is doing well with rough textures, you can simply place it in the fridge and you’re done!

BUT if your baby is still having trouble with different textures, I like to add the mixture to a blender and blend on high until the desired texture is reached. I also add peanut butter for some healthy fats.
I like the brand Crazy Richards because it has no added salt or oils. It’s literally just peanuts but has the perfect, smooth texture!
Pour the mixture into a liquid measuring cup and then transfer it to individual pouches.

I found these pouches on Amazon and they’re great! You just open the bottom and pour it in BUT make sure the cap is screwed on the top or it will pour out everywhere!
This recipe makes 3 4-5oz pouches.
