Super Fudgy Gluten-Free Date Brownies contain no added sugar and only require a food processor to make. They’re the perfect healthy dessert that’s ready in 30 minutes!
Are you team fudgy brownie or cakey brownie?
I hope if you’re reading this post that you’re a major fudgy brownie fan like me because these Date Brownies are ridiculously fudgy!
What Makes a Fudgy Brownie vs. a Cakey Brownie?
Fudgy brownies have a higher fat-to-flour ratio than cakey ones. Since these date brownies require very little oat flour, they’re able to maintain their fudgy texture.
The cashew butter and eggs in this recipe paired with the low flour content create fudgy bites of pure bliss!
Not only do these date brownies have the best texture ever, but they also contain no added sugar!
Their sweetness comes solely from dates.
Who knew dates could come in so clutch with baking?
Dates also provide many health benefits along with tasting delicious.
I love snacking on dates stuffed with peanut butter and chocolate chips. It’s such a good snack or sweet treat when your chocolate craving hits.

I had one of the brownies straight from the oven after baking them, but for some reason, I’ve been loving these gluten-free date brownies straight from the fridge even more!
Typically, I prefer a warm, gooey brownie covered in cold ice cream, but these date brownies get even fudgier in the fridge and I can’t say no to that.
Does anyone else find baked goods to be even better on the second day?
How to Store Your Date Brownies:
These brownies will last for up to five days in the fridge when stored in an airtight container. You can also freeze the brownies for 3 months.
