I wasn’t planning on sharing this recipe, as it was simply adapted from my Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Cups, but after the response it got on Instagram, I knew I needed to add it to the blog!
I decided to add white chocolate chips and dried fruit because my mom used to make the best oatmeal chocolate chip cookies with white chocolate chips and craisins added in. This easy cookie dough recipe was definitely inspired by them and her!

These healthy no-bake cookie dough balls are made with just 5 ingredients!
- Oats (or oat flour) — I made my own oat flour by putting oats in my ninja blender and pulsing until oat flour formed.
- Nut butter of choice (preferably salted)
- Maple Syrup
- Coconut Oil
- Vanilla Extract
- And your favorite mix-ins!
You can find my favorite products, ingredients and cooking utensils on my shop page!
Not only are there only 5 simple ingredients, but you literally just throw all the ingredients in your mixer and mix them up!
After the healthy cookie dough is formed, pop it in your refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Remove dough from the fridge, form into balls and voila!

I never want my recipes to be intimidating because healthy living and cooking should always be approachable.
One pan meals, crock-pot recipes, and easy desserts are my JAM.
My favorite recipes at the moment are: healthy honey garlic slow cooker chicken, sheet pan citrus and herb shrimp, 20-minute vegetarian risotto, healthy high-protein egg bake and strawberry cheesecake overnight oats!
All of these recipes are ready in no time and typically require minimal ingredients. I’m also all about minimal clean-up if you can’t tell because I hate doing dishes.

White Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookie Dough Balls
Ingredients
Cookie Dough
- 1/2 Cup Oat Flour
- 1/4 Cup Creamy Salted Peanut Butter *The drippy kind
- 1.5 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 Tsp Coconut Oil Melted
- 1/2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- Pinch Salt if nut butter is NOT salted... or you just really like salty foods 😉
Mix Ins
- 2 Tbsp Craisins
- 2 Tbsp Dried Blueberries
- 1/4 Cup White Choclate Chips
Instructions
- Add all of your ingredients into a large bowl and combine until dough forms. If the dough is too crumbly, it may be because your peanut butter is less drippy than the one I used. If so, add a little more coconut oil. Once formed, place dough in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
- Once the dough has chilled, roll into balls and serve. Enjoy!
- TIP: Coat hands in oil before rolling balls to avoid the dough from sticking to your hands.
