Brussel Sprout Salad with Honeycrisp Apple Dressing
This Brussel Sprout Salad with Honeycrisp Apple Dressing is perfect for the fall season and holiday appetizer! From the cranberries to the dressing, you will realize quickly that this isn’t your average salad!
Most people think salads are only for the summer. As we move into the fall, cooler temperatures, and the holidays we find ourselves wanting more comfort food.
Today that is not the case! I have partnered up with Marzetti® to show off their new simple ingredient salad dressings, Tastefully Dressed™!
While I love making everything homemade, I really love it when I can find store-bought products that aren’t processed and filled with ingredients that I can actually pronounce! This makes cooking easier especially on weeknights!
Marzetti® also made their packaging UV-blocking to protect their bold, fresh flavors!
These dressings are sold in most areas including Walmart, Publix, Kroger, and other major retailers! See what stores in your area are offering Marzetti® Tastefully Dressed™!
Ingredients for Brussel Sprout Salad with Honeycrisp Apple Dressing
Brussels Sprouts – For our salad, we are going to be using chopped, you could also use shaved, for convenience you can find these prepacked in the lettuce section of your local grocery store.
Pecans – You can use whole or diced pecans. Personally, on salads, I like diced so there’s a little crunch in every bite!
Apples – Use your favorite variety of apples, if you like sweet salads use honey crisp, if the dressing is sweet enough for you already try golden delicious or Granny Smith.
Cranberries – You can use regular dried cranberries, but make sure they have no sugar added! To keep it as natural as possible be sure to check the label!
Cheese – We recommend crumbled goat cheese or feta
This fall salad recipe uses minimal kitchen tools, which is always a plus! If you want to see all of my favorites, you can shop my store!
