Gluten Free Turkey Meatballs
Gluten free turkey meatballs will be a family fave even with your babies! Ready in less than 30 minutes makes them an easy weeknight dinner and meal prep idea!

These days I am trying to find more recipes that Michael and I love but ones that Isaiah can also eat. I mean nobody wants to cook all of these separate meals. Not to mention this kid is eating A LOT. So I love making new stuff for him to try like these meatballs.
I can make a big batch, freeze them for later, and we can eat them in a ton of different ways.

Asian chicken meatballs are another one of my favorites with you are looking for something a little more like healthy Chinese takeout.
While these turkey meatballs are made in the oven, you could also follow my air fryer meatball recipe, and just use the ingredients from this recipe.

Ingredients Needed
- gluten free oat flour
- Milk – any kind will work as long as it is not flavored or sweetened
- ground turkey
- egg
- Italian seasoning
- parmesan cheese
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- Salt – if you are making these for your babies omit the salt.
- pepper
How to Make the BEST Gluten Free Turkey Meatballs
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. With your hands, mix just until the ingredients are incorporated.

Roll each meatball using about 2 tablespoons of the meatball mixture. Place them on the baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes, flipping them at the halfway mark. Before serving be sure the internal temperature is at least 165 degrees.
Allow the turkey meatballs to cool slightly so they don’t fall apart when you serve them.

How to Store
Keep the leftover cooked meatballs in an airtight container or bag for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
To freeze: Place the cooked meatballs in a freezer bag and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge or reheat in the oven until warm.
You can also freeze gluten-free meatballs before they are cooked. Once you roll them out, place the baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes. Then transfer them to a freezer bag. Freezing them beforehand on the baking sheet makes sure that they don’t get squished before they completely freeze.
