Making 3 Ingredient No Bake Peanut Butter Fudge

Start by lining a loaf pan with parchment paper to prep, this will keep it from sticking and make clean up easy!

Mix together your peanut butter, melted coconut oil, pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until it’s smooth in a medium bowl. If you aren’t using the optional ingredients just leave those out.

If you are using the chocolate chips, fold those in, then pour the batter into the loaf pan.

Freeze for a few minutes then sprinkle some chocolate chips on top of the fudge. You can press them down if needed.

Finish freezing then garnish with sea salt. Cut into squares and enjoy!

How To Store No Bake Peanut Butter Fudge

You can keep the fudge in the freezer for up to three months. If you leave it in the refrigerator it will last about a week!

We like eating it right out of the freezer once it has set out for about 15-20 minutes!

  1. This recipe is PERFECT. Made this with my 4 year old, using honey instead of maple syrup since that’s what we had on hand – still worked and such a good treat. We all loved this! New staple treat over here.
