No Bake Cookie Dough Bites
When you are feeling lazy and don’t want a whole batch of cookies, make these no bake cookie dough bites instead! Safe, edible, no eggs, vegan friendly, and gluten free!

We’ve talked before about those who have been eating batter and raw cookie dough for years and have never been sick. But I am still one on the other side that thinks it’s just best to modify the recipe a little bit, so the cookie dough is totally safe.
Plus, who has time to worry about salmonella? I know I don’t!

Speaking of raw dough, if you resist the temptation of tasting the batter when you make brownies, I have the best edible brownie batter recipe! It’s so yummy, kids love it, and you can use cookies or graham crackers for dippers. To be a little healthier, we like to use fruit, and it’s so good!
